About Tenisa
During her early teenage years, Tenisa was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease, which resulted in her hospitalized during high school and her early twenties.
Tenisa possessed a remarkable personality, filled with compassion and love. Her infectious smile and vibrant persona had the power to captivate anyone who came across her. Her genuine nature was truly unique and unparalleled.
Tenisa was a person who valued her family and friends above all else. I (her mother) fondly called her "Flower Child" because of her peaceful and loving nature. Being the eldest of five siblings, including a twin sister, a younger sister, and younger twin brothers, Tenisa always made sure to prioritize family activities and maintain a strong foundation in her life.
Tenisa was born in Chesapeake, Virginia, but spent most of her formative years in Hinesville, Georgia, as her family was part of the military and relocated to Fort Stewart.
Tenisa's affection and fondness for children also became evident during her formative years as she attended and volunteered at Live Oak Church's daycare. She loved interacting and engaging with their young minds. Ultimately, Tenisa would move to North Platte, Nebraska. Here, she would meet and marry her husband Sam Wallace.
Tenisa was a truly talented individual with a wide range of abilities. Her creativity and artistic skills were particularly impressive, as she enjoyed drawing, making jewelry, and reading countless books.
We loss Tenisa to complications from Crohn's on December 1, 2022. She was 32 years old.
